Introduction: We organize Olympiads i.e. External Examinations for Students for Grades 8 to 12. The website serves the purpose of giving information regarding the Olympiad and is a source of collecting Registrations for the Olympiad from the students.
Acceptance of Terms: The user in our case is a Parent/student and they comply with the terms and conditions for payment as well as going through the information.
User Responsibilities: The responsibility of the user is to go through the details before registration and provide accurate information in order to process the registration for the Olympiad. The user can also forward the link of the website to his/her known people for better reach or to give out information with respect to the website. There is no activity prohibited.
Intellectual Property: The website's ownership is in the hands of our company named International Institute of Financial Markets and the IT team of the company looks after the protection of the website’s content.
Third-Party Links: The website contains external links to YouTube Videos published under the user of the Brand we promote

Eligibility: Payments done by mistake, Duplicate Payments, or users who don’t want to continue with our service for up to 7 days, are eligible for a refund.
Refund Process: The user needs to contact the Olympiad Team via mail at info@financeolympiad.in within 3 working days from the payment of registration.
Refund Conditions: The user can avail a refund within 3 working days and should have not logged into the Online Portal i.e. (LMS Account). Both conditions should adhere to.
Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed in initiated will be 7-10 working days.
Non-Refundable Items: None

Information Collection: We collect basic details such as Student Name, Student Grade, Mobile No, School Name, Email Id, and Address for processing the registration. The details are collected through the Registration Page on the website.
Use of Information: We use the information for allocating the content of the Olympiad to the student and informing them of the login details in order to access the content. The process is followed offline through our Google Drive.
Data Security: The user data we take is for internal use only, we will share the Email/SMS for sharing information regarding exams and dates of school, regional & national rounds of the Finance Olympiad.
Third-Party Sharing: The information collected is never shared with third parties for any purpose
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We don’t use cookies or any tracking for any purpose.
User Rights: The user can anytime request to unsubscribe from any official communications being made from our side.
Policy Updates: We may update our Privacy Policy for any change in our services, we will ensure to all users must be notified of any changes.
